We are pleased to announce that Prof. Atieno Mboya Samandari of Emory University School of Law (Atlanta, USA) has joined us as a Fulbright fellow. The Fulbright Fellowship that she has secured will enable her to carry out teaching and research in the areas of environmental law, human rights law, gender and water law until July of this year. During this time, she will also facilitate a faculty seminar on law and vulnerability and details of this will be circulated later.
Prof. Victoria Time of the Old Dominion University (Virginia, USA) will join us as a Visiting Professor from June to September of this year. During this time, she will teach and research in the areas of comparative justice systems, contemporary legal issues, human rights, nation-building, crimes of culture, and criminal law.

We also wish to inform you that the Associate Dean of the School of Law (Kisumu Campus), Dr. Scholastica Omondi, will be on leave from February 15, 2021 to March 26, 2021. During her absence, Dr. Paul Ogendi will serve as the Acting Dean. Kindly accord him the necessary support and cooperation.
