FREE HEALTH CAMP FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI COMMUNITY

The Department of Nursing Sciences in partnership with University Health Services (UHS) and the Blood Transfusion Unit - Ministry of Health has organized a free Community Health Camp for the University of Nairobi community to be held on Thursday, 19th May 2022 from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Chancellor's Court (Graduation Square).
The services to be offered include:
1. Screening for diabetes mellitus and hypertension
2. Blood donation
3. Intensifying Covid 19 vaccination
4. Screening for weight and obesity
THE DIRECTOR PARTICIPATES IN A TREE PLANTING EXERCISE AT THE UPPER KABETE CAMPUS
Recently, the director joined the University of Nairobi community to participate in a tree planting exercise which took place at the Upper Kabete Campus. He was joined by several other Internal Audit staff members. 7000 seedlings were planted by the end of the exercise.
